operating hours
Our normal hours of business are 6.00am – 1.30pm, Monday to Friday. Functions held outside of these hours will incur an additional charge to cover labour costs, and will be quoted by The Catering Team in advance.
ordering
For us to meet your function requirements all orders must be placed no later than 12pm the business day prior to your event.
special dietary requirements
We offer menus suited to various dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, lactose and gluten free. to ensure your specific needs are met appropriately, please detail your requirements when placing your order.
please note we make every effort to eliminate allergens but cannot guarantee it.

Please contact us via phone to detail your requirements and we will endeavour to fulfil your needs to the best of our capability.
PO Numbers
When generating a PO number please quote the catering tax invoice number to enable correct billing

cancelations
All cancellations should be advised, where possible, no later than 24 hours before the scheduled catering booking.
In the event that this is not possible, all efforts will be made to offer any food already produced, for sale in the canteen.
A charge will be made accordingly for any wastage incurred thereafter.
